You'll train 3-5 days a week for 45-60 minutes. No 2-hour sessions. No twice-a-day workouts. Just smart, efficient training that gets results.

  • You don't need to be "fit enough" to start. The program is scalable to your level.

  • 45-60 minutes a day, 3 or 5 days a week.

  • Access to a gym with basic equipment (barbells, dumbbells, SkiErg or rower, space for running).

  • This program is designed to be sustainable. Volume is earned, not thrown in for "mental toughness."
